✅ Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- Products can be returned or replaced only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via phone or email.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals (if any).
- We do not accept returns for minor packaging damage that does not affect product performance.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are physically damaged after delivery.
- Used items or products with missing accessories.
- Items purchased under clearance or special sale offers.
💰 Refund / Replacement Process

- Our support team will verify your request and may ask for product photos or videos.
- If approved:
- Replacement will be sent for the defective product.
- Refund will be initiated in case a replacement is not available. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
🚚 Shipping for Returns
- If the product is defective/incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (customer change of mind, wrong order placed), return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
